Two-Day Workshop

I'm excited to announce that I'll be doing a two-day workshop with church leaders on change and renewal. We'll challenge orthodoxies, discuss innovative ideas, and get equipped with tools - and there may be some special guests. Check back at this page for more information in the coming weeks. Usually I hear church people mis-quote management people about leading churches through change. You right-quoted the essence of the gospel in challenging me as a follower of Christ and as a pastor to lead change for the good. While you say your not a theologian you are definitely inspired for His work. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more.

Have admired your work from afar for many years - always appreciate trying to wrestle with the organizational and change challenges in the church. How is the chruch the same as business/NP and how is it different? Where does faith and the supernatural step-in and where does it become an excuse for organizational laziness? Would be very interested in an upcoming workshop.

Like everyone else here, I was blown away and challenged to the core during your session. When you said why not tell your congregation to bring their laptops to church to take notes the only thing I could think of was, "Duh!" Even though a lot of churches are striving to be relevant, like my church, the same elements still dominate our services. Thank you for your insight!

Fantastic, inspiriing and insightful presentation. I came to the Leadership Summit NOT as a church leader but one who leads in the secular world from a Christ-centered perspective. I am interested in the Two Day event - will it be devoted solely to church leadership perspectives?
