    Something we wanted to do at the end of the session at Conspire, but ran out of time for, was to have everyone think of one thing (big or small) that they can go home and do differently for fourth and fifth graders in their ministry. What one thing could you, or will you, do differently?

    I'm so excited that Conspire is just a few days away! I can't wait to spend time talking about what unique and special kids 4th & 5th graders are! We'll have a great time challenging each other, and this forum will be great to help keep moving forward in this area of Childrens Ministry.

    We're in the process of switching to Connection Power. While it's not perfect, there are a lot of great elements that will serve our church as a whole (which is great because we've all been using seperate systems since the main one didn't work well for individual ministries). The Power Visitor element is working SO WELL!

    We have an amazing large group teacher who tried just about everything--nursery, preschoolers, small group leader... wherever her children were--before becoming a large group teacher. Each place wasn't the right fit for her, and then she started teaching large group in our elementary department. And it has been great! I think one of her best ...
