I borrowed a DVD of the Willow Creek Leadership Summit 2007 and listen to the senior pastor Bill Hybels intervue Carly Fioriana. He then recommended her book so I went out and ordered it. (I live in Finland where it is not yet available).

I read it through and parts of it together with my wife. It was very inspiring and packed with the "how tos" of success.

I recommend it for anyone who wants to make a difference in their life wether they be involved in business politics of religion. The principle of success borne out by her life story are relevent to many areas of life.

I would be happy to have just half the success that she`s had.

Thanks Carly

It confirms what I have seen as a manager. I quote her book to make clear to my family what I experience at work.

re: Noel Castellanos Responds to Session 2

The blog seems a bit blase about major failures and humiliating events in life and ministry. The opportunity to grow from this experience is profound and if the individual confronts it clearly, honestly and works throught the issues, their future leadership will be gratly improved. Many have seen it as a wake-up call from God and redirected their life and leadership. I pray for this for her.

re: Noel Castellanos Responds to Session 2

I am Glad Carley sees her departure as a gift, as an insider at HP at the time, I too saw it as a gift, and thanked God for her departure.
