Thanks for the reminder Pam. I often I find myself immersed in my own plans (which are not bad, but they can become distracting) and forget how much I want to be a part of God's story in this moment in time. It's during those times I will pick up my copy of Erwin McManus' Chasing Daylight and re-focus my direction. Every day I'm faced with a host of choices and decisions to make, some significant, others trivial. In his chapter on choices, Erwin writes: When you seize divine moments, you instigate an atomic reaction. You become a human catalyst, creating a divine impact. As Christ-followers, isn't that what our lives should be about? Shouldn't we be extending God's grace and allowing him to use us to impact the lives of others? Shouldn't we be bringing light into the darkness around us? And, it is all around us!
