Great post. Instead of making a list of revolutions I'm making a list of absolutions: God is absolutely on His throne; absolutely our greatest source of hope; and we, the church, are absolutely honored 2 b His hands & feet.

Mike, I just noticed that my response to you was not published. I apologize.

Willow Arts does not have a policy to promote one style or one type of service. A variety of churches are represented within the WCA. At our conferences & in our resources we try to provide training & support for many different churches. Stan Endicott, one of the most respected, skilled and sought after speakers regarding choirs has been a part of our conferences for many years & serves on our board of directors. He will be teaching @ this year's conference too.

I hope now that Christmas is over some others will response on how they manage the challenges you are facing.

Are there specific questions that you have? Or specific situations you would like people to address?

I am a member of a traditional choir in a contemporary music Church. Luckily, it is a large Church and we have a Classic Service. Is it Willowcreek Association policy to promote only contemporary music, or are there Churches that have blended services? I would like to know how other Churches manage the differences in music preference. I would appreciate your comments. Mike Kennedy
