TABLE TALK

It’s Friday morning & your Senior Pastor just called with ‘a great idea’ for the weekend.  What’s your response?  Do you have a process for developing creative ideas?

People are telling you your worship team needs to grow younger.  Is there an age that people need to retire from up-front ministry?

You have been in your role for less than a year.  You are wondering how to build a thriving arts team.  Are there specific steps you can take?

Who do you go to for wisdom and support when trying to navigate through times of growth and challenge?  Don’t you long to bounce some ideas off someone who gets it?  Isn’t it great when you can talk to someone who’s been there?

That is the whole point of the Leaders Table.  We bring together a group of leaders from your area to talk about the unique challenges we face in the arts.  There isn’t a canned presentation.  The morning begins with Nancy Beach asking you to set the agenda.  Together we make a list of the challenges most pressing and talk about potential solutions.  Nancy Beach & many of the other leaders around the table bring years of experience and insight.  You build relationships with local arts leaders – moving into the months & years ahead with people who you can turn to for encouragement and insight.

We’ve got two Leaders Tables coming up.  The first is next week, October 3 in Summit, New Jersey.  Then later in the month, October 24, we will be in South Barrington.  We would love to see you there.
