324.  Not a number that has much significance to many people.  It is doesn't have the recognition of 10 - The Ten Commandments.  David Letterman's Top Ten List.  The Ten Most Wanted List.  It doesn't have the notoriety of 100 - The Hundred Years' War or the Hundred Acre Woods. 

But for me 324 is right up there with 207, the number of days until Christmas.  324 is the number of days until WONDER, the '09 Arts Conference!  We are already making plans, reviewing speakers and sending out invitations.  Before we get much further I wanted to know from you, who you would like to learn from at the conference?  Or what topics would be helpful to you and your team?  Are there particular musical artists that you would like to worship with?We appreciate your help as we design next year's experience.  I will keep you posted as to developments as things shape up.For those of you who are trying to budget your dollars, consider registering before August 26.  The conference rate is the lowest it will ever be.

Speaker - Sam Middlebrook (I know this has been covered in another thread, but I wanted to make sure it registered here) Worship Leader - Paul Baloche. He also trains worship leaders, so you might get him to do both. Thanks for even asking! I know this will sound weird, but a post like this makes you and your team seem more like real people and not just the "big Willow Conference machine". I hope that doesn't sound ugly! Thanks Janet for the suggestions.  We are looking into both of these individuals.  

BTW your other comments don't sound weird or ugly - thanks for being sensitive about it.  Just so you know our team is rather small but we are supported by the Arts Champions, a board of directors.  We lean into them & some other key leaders when making decisions.

One other thing, we love it when people make suggestions.
