Your Favorite Session....

The comments are in and Session 5 of Arise, the 2008 Arts Conference was your favorite! Francis Chan was amazing! He was so encouraging as he reminded us that we are created by an Almighty God and He put His Spirit in us.

I'll always remember the moment after the band sang God of this City when Nancy Beach and Francis Chan got back up on stage and Francis told the origin of that song. It gave me a whole new picture in my mind as we resang the chorus....it was a powerful moment for me.

I agree that Francis Chan's message was the highlight of the conference for me. He is authentic, challenging and most of all, totally honest with his own shortfalls. His challenge remains; do everything out of the power of the Holy Spirit and for the glory of God.
